We are currently looking for a Customer Support Backoffice Specialist to join our Team!

What you'll do
  • Testing the way clients and employees use the product from different perspectives (as customer support, back-office, etc.);
  • Testing systems as a user and leaving feedback;
  • Testing and improving training processes and materials for the onboarding of new colleagues;
  • Providing feedback for improving processes for employees and customers;
  • Working with clients via different channels (chat, e-mail, etc.), using our CRM (zendesk);
  • Classifying and systematically processing requests forwarded by First Level Support;
  • Informing customers in writing about the solution;
  • Maintaining knowledge databases containing solutions for common problems;
  • Ensuring the further training of 1st Level Support staff;
  • Participation in creating and updating knowledge base about the products and features for employees and customers.
What you will need to be successful
  • Unlimited desire to help customers and do everything possible to resolve their requests;
  • Passion to build better customer service;
  • Min. 2 years of experience in 2nd Level Customer Support or work with customers;
  • A digital native, including good MS Office or G-Suite skills;
  • Experience with regulatory and government requests, customer's claims are an advantage;
  • Analytical thinking, troubleshooting knowledge and good communication skills;
  • Fluent German (native) and English. Additional languages, (French, Spanish, Italien) is an advantage;
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (German and English);
  • Financial or investment background is also of advantage.
