We have successfully launched our product in Germany and will be expanding to other countries soon. This is why we are looking for a Localization Manager to join the team and support localization projects, working closely with external vendors, internal business partners, and other departments.
What you'll do
Manage multilingual request process workflows;
Review content created both internally and by agencies and partners;
Set up cooperation with external freelance translators and expand the network;
Be responsible for the translation of various documents and marketing materials;
Review and localize various texts and other media for the local markets;
Contribute to other content team projects if required;
Support Expansion and Partnership Team with project management tasks related to the rollout to new counties.
Work with clients via different channels (chat, e-mail, etc.), using our CRM (zendesk).
Testing the way clients and employees use the product from different perspectives (as customer support, back-office, etc.).
Participation in creating and updating knowledge base about the products and features for employees and customers.
Testing systems as a user and leaving feedback.
Testing and improving training processes and materials for the onboarding of new colleagues.
Providing feedback for improving processes for employees and customers.
What you will need to be successful
Minimum of 2-3 years of professional translation and review/editing experience
Fluent English and at least one more language (French, Italian or Spanish)
Ability to clearly express your ideas orally and in writing;
Experience in project management experience
Experience in managing external agencies and freelance translators
Passionate and able to drive things forward;
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Unlimited desire to help customers and do everything possible to resolve their requests.
Passion to build better customer service.
Experience in customer support or work with customers.
Fluent German (native) and English. Additional languages, (French, Spanish, Italien) is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (German and English).
A digital native, including good MS Office or G-Suite skills.
Experience with regulatory and government requests, customer's claims are an advantage.
Financial or investment background is also of advantage.
