Vivid Money is an innovative FinTech start-up and our main goal is to create a useful product for those who want to manage finances in a smart way. This customer-oriented innovation-driven product will allow users to access financial, banking, and transaction services all in one application.
We are building up our office in Berlin and are all about flat organizational structure, transparency, decentralized approach to decision-making and collaboration.
What you'll do
Day-to-day administration and running of the office;
Managing the contracts with third-party providers and leading the communication with office vendors and service providers;
Managing all incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries;
Control and manage office access;
Assist in organizing and coordinating internal, external events and meetings;
Assist in making necessary travel arrangements and bookings;
Handle documentation flow;
Work closely with various teams and support them with ad-hoc requests;
Assures smooth invoice management and support the finance team with invoice administration;
Support the recruitment process and onboarding of new employees.
What you will need to be successful
A digital native, including good MS Office or G-Suite skills;
Independent way of working or hands-on mentality;
Experience in office management and organization;
Reliable, precise and systematic work approach;
High team and communication skills;
Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
