We have divided our teams into product teams that are self-sufficient and are responsible for the full lifecycle of the product, from research to final launch. We have a flat organizational structure and a decentralized approach to decision-making. We collaborate together to solve problems, as one team and one strong front.
Technology
At Vivid, technology means not only IT but also people and processes behind the product. We use fullstack feature teams which allow us to deliver functionalities to customers autonomously and rapidly. We are investing a lot in proven team practices like continuous delivery, test-first development, and focus on software operability and releasability.
